MME Personal Education Session
This session is available exclusively through a direct link found in your welcome email. As a quick note, all listed times follow Pacific Standard Time (PST).
Unlike other appointments, this session serves an educational purpose only. In other words, you won’t receive personalized legal advice here, but you will gain essential insights to prepare for future conversations.
20-Minute Phone Consultation
Our free consultations take place by phone and last up to 20 minutes. During this time, one paralegals will address your initial questions and help determine how best to proceed. Moreover, by scheduling this consultation, you agree to receive follow-up communications regarding legal services.
Because of its importance, this phone call is a required step before we can provide full legal assistance.
Optional Appointments
1-Hour Initial Consultation
If you need more time and detail, consider booking a one-hour consultation with an attorney. In this session, we will carefully review your documents and provide specific legal guidance tailored to your situation.
As part of our policy, we require flat-rate payment at the time of booking. Additionally, we offer a straightforward refund policy:

We bill attorney time at an hourly rate, rounded up to the nearest 1/10th of an hour.

We refund the unused portion of your advance fee by check, typically within five business days.

Mandatory Office Visit
If you choose an in-person meeting, please arrive at least 10 minutes early. Before we begin, we require that you sign an attorney-client agreement or have one already on file.
In addition, don’t forget to bring a valid photo ID—especially if you need notary services, which require proper identification.
